{"id":10900,"date":"2025-09-18T16:55:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T07:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sentech.co.jp\/faq\/faq-9705"},"modified":"2025-10-30T10:47:56","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T01:47:56","slug":"faq-9705","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/sentech.co.jp\/en\/faq\/faq-9705","title":{"rendered":"How do I install the communication software and communication jig driver for use with DVI\/SDI cameras?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Communication Software<\/p>\n\n<p>For HD93 and HD133 cameras: use HD133Ctrl software.<br\/>For HD203 cameras: use JTACtrl software.<br\/>For HD213 cameras: use JTBCtrl software.<br\/>Please download the software here: <a href=\"https:\/\/sentech.co.jp\/en\/software\/software-07\">[HD133Ctrl Download]<\/a><br\/>Please download the software here: [<a href=\"https:\/\/sentech.co.jp\/en\/software\/software-06\">JTACtrl \/ JTBCtrl Download<\/a>]<\/p>\n\n<p>How to Install the Communication Jig Driver<\/p>\n\n<p>If you are connecting the communication jig JIG-USB-HD to a PC for the first time, a USB virtual serial driver is required to enable communication.<br\/>Execute &#8220;dpinst_xxx&#8221; in the folder below to install the driver.<br\/>In the case of the communication software (HD133Ctrl), the driver can be found in the Sentech\\HD133Ctrl\\drv folder.<br\/>In the case of the communication software (JTACtrl), the driver can be found in the Sentech\\JTACtrl\\drv folder.<br\/>In the case of the communication software (JTBCtrl), the driver can be found in the Sentech\\JTBCtrl\\drv folder.<\/p>\n\n<p>After completing the installation of the USB virtual serial driver,<br\/>reconnect the JIG-USB-HD to your PC. The Sentech USB Serial Port driver will be installed automatically.<br\/>Please check the COM port number of the USB Serial Port in Device Manager.<\/p>\n\n<p>Launch the communication software, and set the communication port via Port Setting in the Comm tab.<br\/>Select the COM port number of the Sentech USB Serial Port that you confirmed in Device Manager.<\/p>\n\n<p>When an error code appears during communication, check the error code descriptions in the specifications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","faq_cate":[226,228],"class_list":["post-10900","faq","type-faq","status-publish","hentry","faq_cate-dvi-sdi","faq_cate-dvi-sdi-environment-devices"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>How do I install the communication software and communication jig driver for use with DVI\/SDI cameras?
