Ensure that the camera is connected to the Base connector of the Camera Link board. For cameras equipped with two Camera Link connectors, either Connector 1 or the Base connector of the camera must be connected to the Base connector of the Camera Link board.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the camera is connected to the Base connector of the Camera Link board but communication cannot be established, the communication port setting in the CLCtrl2 software may be incorrect, or power may not be supplied to the camera.<br\/>Check the communication method provided by the Camera Link board (DLL or virtual COM port) and configure it appropriately.
