Please confirm hub performance with the hub manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the USB3 Vision camera operates unstably, check the following:<\/p>\n\n<p>Camera frame rate setting<\/p>\n\n<p>If multiple cameras share one USB host controller, lower the camera\u2019s frame rate and confirm operation.<\/p>\n\n<p>USB cable length<\/p>\n\n<p>The USB3.0 specification limits cable length to 3.0 m. If using a cable longer than 3.0 m, replace it with a cable shorter than 3.0 m and check operation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Host controller driver<\/p>\n\n<p>Confirm that the driver for the USB3.0 host controller managing the USB port connected to the camera is up to date. Check the host controller manufacturer\u2019s website for updates.<\/p>\n\n<p>PC USB power management<br\/>Depending on the USB selective suspend setting, the USB port power may shut off automatically.
