The image captured with the DVI/SDI camera appears greenish.

Connect the JIG-USB-HD to the camera, and then start HD133Ctrl.DVI / SDI cameras are equipped with Bayer sensors.
When the white balance is set to OFF or is not properly configured, the captured image may appear greenish.
Please adjust the white balance using the procedure below.

STC-HD93DV/SDI, STC-HD133DV/SDI

Adjusting the White Balance through the OSD

  1. Connect the controller to the camera, and then select “MEMU.”
  2. On OSD PAGE2, select either “MANUAL” or “AUTO” under “WB”.

“MANUAL”: Allows you to adjust the white balance manually.
“AWB”: Continuously adjusts the white balance automatically.

Adjusting the White Balance through the Communication Software

  1. Connect the JIG-USB-HD to the camera, and then start HD133Ctrl.
  2. Select “Read ALL”.
  3. Select the “DSP:WB” tab.
  4. Select either “Fixed” or “AWB” under the “White Balance Mode” setting.

“Fixed”: Allows you to adjust the white balance manually.
“AWB”: Continuously adjusts the white balance automatically.

STC-HD203DV/SDI

Adjusting the White Balance through the OSD

  1. Connect the controller to the camera, and then select “MEMU.”
  2. On OSD PAGE2, select one of the following options under the “WB MODE”: “AWB,” “FULL OPEN,” “AWB HOLD,” or “USERMODE”.

“AWB”: Automatically adjusts the white balance
“FULL OPEN”: Continuously adjusts the white balance automatically (with a stronger tendency toward white compared to Auto)
“AWB HOLD”: Retains the current white balance value
“USERMODE”: Adjusts the white balance manually

Adjusting the White Balance through the Communication Software

  1. Connect the JIG-USB-HD to the camera, and then start JTACtrl.
  2. Select “Read ALL”.
  3. Select the “DSP:WB” tab.
  4. Select one of the following options under the “White Balance Mode” setting: “Auto,” “Full Open,” “AWB Hold,” or “USER Mode”.

“Auto”: Continuously adjusts the white balance automatically.
“Full Open”: Continuously adjusts the white balance automatically, with a stronger tendency toward white compared to Auto.
“AWB Hold”: Retains the current white balance value.
“USER Mode”: Allows manual adjustment of the white balance.

STC-HD213DV/SDI, STC-HD213DVN/SDIN

  1. Connect the controller to the camera, and then select “MEMU.”
  2. In OSD PAGE2, Select either “MANUAL” or “AUTO” under the “WB”.

“MANUAL”: Allows you to adjust the white balance manually.
“AUTO”: Continuously adjusts the white balance automatically.
