Please confirm that you are using a lens that matches the camera’s lens mount.
If you attach a CS-mount lens to a C-mount camera, it will not be possible to achieve focus.
If you attach a C-mount lens to a CS-mount camera, you can achieve focus by using a 5 mm conversion ring (adapter).

Please note that due to mechanical restrictions, some C-mount lenses cannot be attached even with a conversion adapter.
