Why does the error “File StGenTL.cti not valid” appear when starting StViewer?
This error may occur if StCamSWare version 3.09 or earlier is installed on the PC.
In versions prior to v3.09, the installation path of the StGenTL.cti file differs from that of the Sentech SDK.
If both are installed, the older StGenTL.cti file may be used, resulting in this error message.
Solution:
Uninstall StCamSWare and reinstall version 3.10 or later.
