Although the Camera Link camera is connected to the Camera Link board, no image is displayed.

Check the following points:

Power supply for the camera

Ensure that the camera is receiving power properly.

Power Supply in a PoCL Environment
Use a PoCL-compatible board and PoCL-compatible cable, configure the board to PoCL operation mode, and supply power from the board.

Power Supply in a Non-PoCL Environment
Supply power via the 6-pin connector.

Camera Operation Mode

When the camera operating mode is set to Trigger Mode, images will not be displayed if no trigger signal is input.
Either input a trigger signal or change the camera operating mode from Trigger Mode to Free Run, and then verify that images can be acquired.

Camera File Configuration

Even if communication with the camera is established and power is properly supplied, images may not be acquired if the settings of the camera and the Camera Link frame grabber board do not match.
Ensure that the TAP configuration, bit depth, and resolution are set identically on both the camera side and the Camera Link frame grabber board side (camera file), and then verify whether images can be acquired.

Check the driver for the Camera Link Frame Grabber Board

In Device Manager, confirm that the Camera Link frame grabber board is properly recognized.
If the Camera Link board is not recognized, download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and install it.
Depending on the configuration, some boards may require a firmware change.
