The images captured with a USB3 Vision/GigE Vision color camera appear greenish. What should I do?
USB3 Vision/GigE Vision color cameras are equipped with Bayer array sensors.
If white balance is set to OFF or the white balance settings are not adjusted properly, the captured images may appear greenish. Please adjust the white balance using the steps below.
The following describes how to adjust the white balance in StViewer (USB3 Vision, GigE Vision):

In Remote Device -> Analog Control -> Balance White Auto, set to “Off.”
In Remote Device -> Analog Control -> Balance Ratio Selector, select the color to adjust (Red, Green, or Blue).
In Remote Device -> Analog Control -> Balance Ratio, adjust the color balance as needed.
Auto White Balance Setting
In Remote Device -> Analog Control -> Balance White Auto, select “Once” or “Continuous.”
“Once” -> Automatically adjusts white balance one time only.
“Continuous” -> Continuously adjusts white balance.
