The gain and shutter can be fixed by following these steps:

STC-HD93DV/SDI, STC-HD133DV/SDI

Procedure for Configuration through the OSD

1. Connect the controller to the camera, and then select “MEMU.”
2. In OSD PAGE1, set ALC to OFF.
3. For fixed gain, set GAIN to FIXED and set the fixed gain value.
4. For fixed shutter (exposure time), set “SHUTTER” to “FIXED” in OSD PAGE1 and set the fixed shutter value.

Procedure for Configuration through the Communication Software

1. Connect the JIG-USB-HD to the camera, and then start HD133Ctrl.
2. Select “Read ALL” to load the current camera settings.
3. Select the “DSP: Shutter/Gain” tab.
4. Set ALC to OFF.
5. For fixed gain, set Gain Control to Fixed Gain, then enter the fixed gain value.
6. For fixed shutter, set Exposure Time Control to Fixed Shutter, then set the fixed exposure time.

Procedure for Configuration through the OSD

1. Connect the controller to the camera, and then select “MEMU.”
2. In OSD PAGE1, set AE MODE to USER MODE.
3. For fixed gain, set the fixed gain value in USER GAIN.
4. For fixed shutter, set the fixed shutter value in USER SHUTTER.

4. In Exposure Control Mode, select USER Mode.

6. For fixed shutter, set the fixed shutter value in User Mode Shutter Time.

Procedure for Configuration through the OSD

1. Connect the controller to the camera, and then select “MEMU.”
2. In OSD PAGE1, set ALC to OFF.
3. For fixed gain, set “AGC” to “FIXED” in OSD PAGE1 and set the fixed gain value in “GAIN.”
4. For fixed shutter (exposure time), set AEE to FIXED, then set the fixed shutter value in SHUTTER.

1. Connect the JIG-USB-HD to the camera, and then start JTBCtrl.
2. Select “Read ALL” to load the current camera settings.
3. Select the “DSP: Shutter/Gain” tab.
4. Set ALC Mode to Disabled.
5. For fixed gain, set Gain Control to Fixed Gain, then enter the fixed gain value.
6. For fixed shutter, set Exposure Time Control to Fixed Shutter, then set the fixed exposure time.
