I am using an auto-iris lens, but the image appears completely dark.
Our cameras do not have a power supply or connector to drive auto-iris lenses.
As a result, the lens does not receive power, the iris remains closed, and the image appears completely dark.
Please either prepare an external power supply for the auto-iris lens or use a lens with a manually adjustable iris.
