SWIR Cameras
Description
The series of area cameras equipped with 0.3M or 5.3M resolutions SWIR CMOS sensors, featuring a wide sensitivity range from 400nm to 1700nm, a 35mm square, 42mm square or 58mm square form factor, and a wide selection of interface (CoaXPress (CXP-12) / GigE Vision / USB3 Vision / Camera Link).
Features
By using this under a light source with a specific wavelength of 1200nm or higher, features that were difficult to detect with visible light cameras can be identified.(It varies depending on the material of the target object, as well as the wavelength and intensity of the light source used.)
There is some specifications differences (size of camera, range of exposure time) between the non-cooling products and the products with peltier cooled image sensor
To use the model with CoaXPress / Camera Link interfaces, an image capture board is required.

SWIR cameras are classed as a commodity (or technology) requiring acquisition of export permission in accordance with foreign exchange and overseas trade control laws.
When the SWIR cameras are to be taken outside of Japan, adopt the required procedures such as application for export permission by the Japanese government.

Accessories
Required software for product use
For GigE Vision or USB3 Vision models:
The Sentech SDK (StViewer) software allows for camera image acquisition and camera setting modification.
* It is available for download on the download page.
Additionally, you can use it with GigE Vision / USB3 Vision compatible Vision software.
Camera Link and CoaXPress models:
The camera images can be acquired and change camera settings using the software package provided by the imge capture board manufacturer.
The camera settings can be changed by using CLCtrl2 (software to change camera settings) for Camera Link models.
Screw-fastened GigE Cables
OMRON SENTECH has made available a line of optional screw-fastened cables in response to many requests for such cables when using GigE Vision cameras in the FA field.
A lineup of four robot cables from 3m to 15m are available.

AC ADAPTER
AC adapters for camera power supply.
AC adapter does not required when camera using with PoE configuration.
The adapter supports multiple voltages (100 - 240VAC) and is RoHS compliant.
