Environmental Policy
Corporate Philosophy
OMRON SENTECH CO., LTD. interprets the OMRON Group’s Corporate Motto, “To improve lives and contribute to a better society,” as meaning the realization of a sustainable society in environmental terms. We aim to fulfill our corporate responsibility by contributing to the global environment through the provision of imaging equipment and services, as well as the effective utilization of management resources, thereby working toward the realization of a sustainable global society.

Action Guidelines
To reduce environmental impact, we will undertake the following initiatives:
- Reduce electricity consumption in offices.
- Reduce fuel consumption for company vehicles.
- Conserve and properly manage water.
- Reduce the use of copy paper.
- Ensure strict management of chemical substances contained in products.
- Reduce factory component procurement during prototyping through standardization.
- Increase the use of common FPGA source codes.
- Shorten product inspection times.
We will address the issues and demands of the international community and comply with environmental laws, regulations, and ordinances related to our business activities.
We will communicate this Environmental Policy thoroughly to all employees and strive to raise their environmental awareness.
Initiatives
We have obtained certification for the environmental management system “Eco Action 21”
We actively promote initiatives in line with this framework.
Eco Action 21 is an integrated system combining environmental management systems, environmental performance evaluation, and environmental reporting. By implementing Eco Action 21, even small and medium-sized enterprises can proactively and voluntarily engage in environmentally conscious activities, and compile and publish the results of these activities in the form of an Environmental Management Report.
