Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Company name, industry, company address, business office, department name, position, job type, name, age, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, image, usage records relating to the purposes of use (inquiries, requests, responses, event participation information etc.), usage status of this Website etc.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

xcept in the following cases, the Company will not disclose or provide personal data to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual concerned. However, when the third-party recipient is overseas, even in cases (5), (6), or (7) below, unless otherwise provided by law, the Company will not disclose or provide personal data to such third parties without obtaining the individual’s prior consent.

  2. When necessary for the protection of human life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.
  3. When particularly necessary for improvement of public health or promotion of sound upbringing of children and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent.

We will promptly respond within a reasonable scope to requests for disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use or erasure of retained personal data (hereinafter “requests for disclosure etc.”).
