Regarding the provision of software required for our cameras, we have previously offered to supply such software via media, such as CD-ROMs, upon request. However, due to the widespread availability of internet-based downloads and the subsequent decrease in requests, as well as rising costs of materials and labor, and in line with our efforts to reduce environmental impact, we have decided to discontinue the standard distribution of physical media.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this decision.

Effective Date: For all orders placed on or after June 1, 2026.

Support After June 1, 2026:
As a general rule, we will no longer provide physical media. However, if you have specific requirements that necessitate the use of physical media, we can provide it for a fee. Please feel free to contact us should you have any inquiries or special requirements.
