Selects “Draw To Snap Shot” on “General” Tab of Draw Property window after drawing.

Yes, USB3.0 camera can use with USB3.1 port.
However, camera operation is USB3.0 operation.
(When connecting with USB3.1 port, camera cannot operate faster more than USB3.0 performance)
USB cameras can use with Windows XP environment.
Slow frame rate, or image could not acquire image even recognize USB camera may occure depends on performacne of USB host controllor and CPU on Windows XP environment.
USB/GigE Vision cameras use Bayer CMOS image sensor.
The greenish image is acquired when selecting “OFF” at white balance or white balance settings are not appropriate.

The following is white balance adjustment procedure with StViewer (for USB3 Vision and GigE Vision)
1. Selects “Once” or “Continuous” at “Balance White Auto” under “AnalogControl” under “RemoteDevice” after stop image acquisition.
“Once”: White balance adjust automatically once
“Continuous”: White balance adjust continuously
The following is white balance adjustment procedure with StCamSWare (for USB3.0 and USB2.0)
1. Selects “Setting” under “Option” in menu of StCamSWare, then selects “Advanced” button on setting window.
2. Selects “WhiteBalance” Tab then selects one of “Manual”, “FullAuto” and “OneShot”.
“Manual”: White balance adjust manually
“FullAuto”: Whita balance adjust continuously
“OneShot”: White balance adjust automatically once
StViewer cannot use USB2.0 or USB3.0 camera. USB3 Vision camera can use with StViewer.
USB3 Vision camera may not recognize, if driver for USB3.0 host controller on PC does not install, or USB bus power does not enough for USB3 Vision camera.
Please check latest driver for USB3.0 host controller on PC.
Some USB3 Vision cameras are recommending to use external power supply through 6 pin connector.
Please acquires image with viewing software of SDK, to make sure camera and environment do not have issue to acquire image.
The SDK based program has some issue, once confirmed camera and environment do not have issue with viewing software of SDK.
